You decide how often you
want to work with me and whether it's weekly or bi-monthly, we will make it
possible. This is your program and your life. The only
requirement I have is that you are passionate and serious about where you
want to go.
If you prefer
group sessions, we will try to find people who have similar needs. There
are 9 unique pieces that make you an S.O.B. The first is attitude
and spirit. If you don't look at life through positive eyes, it will be
very hard to accomplish any goal you might have. You must believe in you,
your friends, your work, your hobbies or anything else you pursue. You are
one-of-a-kind, and must make the most of that.
Second
is feeling fit and fabulous. If you don't have your health and energy,
nothing else matters. We will find the program and schedule that works best
for you. Wellness doesn't just happen--it takes determination and
follow-through. As a three time cancer survivor, I am convinced my
excellent physical condition helped me thrive in the most difficult
circumstances.
Third
is your uniqueness. As I said before, you're one-of-a-kind. You must learn
to exploit this and promote it at the same time. We will find out how you
stand out from everyone else, capitalize on that, and you will be
successful because of it. We don't want you hiding your attributes--we want
you to celebrating them.
Fourth is energizing your life. We will look at who and what you
surround yourself with. We'll poke at daily activities, what your goals are
and why you make the decisions you do. Then we'll design a day that will
bring you to your peak both in happiness and performance.
Next
are your power relationships. These come in business, personal life
and community activities. Always remember that with the right people you
all become more powerful. We will look at whom you spend your time with,
and show you how to become assertive in the most positive way so that
everyone benefits.
Supercharging
your personal growth is #7. To be an S.O.B. you must continue to
learn. You should have new information coming into your life on a daily
basis. You CAN earn that degree, learn a skill, develop a new hobby,
listen to CD's and DVD's and can create a different career. The most
important thing is to make sure you are developing. The more you know, the
better you become.
Eighth is being balanced. Balance is different for everyone, will
change as your circumstances change, and may not be on anyone else's
approval list. But it's your life and you need to live it as you see fit.
What we want to make sure happens though, is that you are doing your
activities in the areas that you say are important to you.
And last, but not least, you will have a plan for daily living. One
that allows you to be the S.O.B. you want to be. There will be room for
exercise, career, relationships, investments, travel and family. But it
will be YOUR personal room
