Over 50 Can Still Have Fun

It was spring break but being over 50 didn’t diminish my enjoyment. I spent the evening on Lincoln Rd having dinner and watching all the “sights” go by. You can find every size, shape, and type of dress here and everyone enjoys themselves with great abandon.
My favorite thing are the dogs however. Lincoln Rd. is the friendliest street I know when it comes to dogs and they also come in a variety of sizes, shapes and breeds. I counted over 75 dogs going by as I ate dinner.
Now for you faint of heart who aren’t pet lovers, this may be unimportant, but for those of us who just “light up” when a dog walks by, it is 7th heaven.
My friend and I had a delightful time and then we walked the “Road.” I found a Skechers store and bought a pair of the new “Shape Ups” and they are groovy. I’m going to try them on the plane this week and see how I feel.
I was in Palm Beach over the weekend and had a delightful dinner with friends there as well.
All these social events are really making me work out even harder than ever.
