I am in Jackson Hole, Wyoming enjoying the massive expanse of the west. The Tetons are magnificent and I stare at them outside my window. I’m here with my son and am thrilled we were able to do this as Jackson Hole was a place my husband and I enjoyed to the max. We went horseback riding and of course as is always the case, I got the biggest horse. For some reason, every time I ride I am on the biggest highest horse. So after I used a picnic table to get on board, it was a great ride through the mountains and the view of the town was outstanding.
Last night we had dinner at the Historic Wort Hotel. It was built in 1934 and is still a big drawing place with great food. We also made a trek to Yellowstone and went through the Elk Refuge in Jackson. And there are lots of dogs here which makes it heaven for me. I head back to Miami Beach tomorrow and then to San Diego the day after that. I know the travel is insane, but until the middle of November, this is how it goes.
But I’ve managed to keep up my workout routines and will be heading off to a class at a local gym shortly. You cannot neglect your body no matter what, so remember my motto–get moving.

Question and Answer:
Q: I feel like I want an entirely new area of focus. I’m not really sure if that means my job, my personal life or what it is. I just need a change. Any suggestions?
A: My first question to most of my coaching clients once we establish the basics is, “If I could wave a magic wand, and all your bills are paid, and your family was taken care of, what are the 3 wishes I could grant you? “ You’d be surprised how many people can’t answer that, but I would try. That will give you some direction as to your secret desires, some unfulfilled dreams, and even things you’d like to try which are very ordinary. Get your imagination going and let me now how it goes.

Tips:
1. Focus on one thing until you get it to the point where it manages itself or lets you work on something else with as much dedication.
2. Use your best biological time to do your most difficult tasks. Some people are better in the morning and others in the evening. What’s your best time?
3. Figure our what your best relaxation treat is and use it when times get stressful. It makes all the difference.
